ABOUT US
The Supervet veterinary practice was dreamed up by animal lovers for animal lovers. We have created a facility where a team of animal- and human-centred people, using state-of-the-art equipment, do their utmost to help small patients recover. Our goal is to soon be able to operate as a veterinary hospital open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as soon as staffing conditions allow. In the meantime, we try to stay open at the times when we are needed most, thus, we are available from 08:00 am to 1:30 a.m. every day, from 8am every Saturday until 01:30 a.m. on Tuesday. So from August 2023, we will operate as a non-stop veterinary practice from 8 a.m. every Saturday until 01.30 a.m. on Tuesday mornings.
We know that the lack of veterinary care is a problem for people living in the countryside in many places, which is why we started our ambulance service when we first opened. We are at the service of our patients with prepared ambulances and well-equipped cars in good technical condition all over the country every evening after 6 p.m. Every Saturday from 8 a.m. to early Monday morning, our national rescue service for animals operates non-stop. Our goal is to maximise the time for healing, so through our work organisation processes and the technology processes we use, we aim to ensure that our vets can focus on healing and not on administration and other formalities, with the IT expertise and experience of WebGarden.
It is run by the Országos Non-Stop Állatkórház Kezelő Kft. and backed by a company with a solid financial background, owned by our founders (4 good friends from 3 countries around the world), Dryad Invest Hong Kong.
Dryad Invest got its name from the Dryads in Greek mythology, who are the protectors of the forest and animals. It is in this spirit that we have launched the Supervet clinic and we are launching the animal hospital. We would like to help as many animals as possible. We can assure owners and animal rescue organisations that we will always act to the best of our ability, and we will keep our equipment at the most up to date level.
Our colleagues work in 8-hour shifts, and we are always open with sufficient number of staff. We also believe it is important to provide a pleasant, relaxing working environment so that our colleagues are always well-rested and can make the best decisions when treating patients. We work together as a team, and our protocols and processes have been and are being developed together, to the best of everyone's knowledge.
It is important to us that our customers can share their opinions with us, which we take into account in our continuous development, because we know that there is always room for improvement, and we benefit from their feedback.
